Covkart Sutton circuit. winter series round 1

A whole new championship for me,the winter series is mainly to get warmed up for the summer series,and gives new members  a bit of chance to practice.

I had a good qualifying session in the wet on slicks .I manage to qualify on pole position (and secure a point for pole)
I start the race on pole,have a good start,and gradually pull away.Then disaster on lap 2 ,I catch a rear wheel on some standing water and I’m off . I finish in fourth place for 7 points but I get the bonus point for fastest lap,A few lessons learn’t there(when in the lead pace myself)
Both the bonus points help put me second in the championship,just a single point off the lead
